A large open dining and living space flow from front to backyard. Double French doors open to the private pool area which includes a covered deck with dining table for 6, lounge chairs and umbrella, and a relaxing hammock. Float in the pool and soak up the sun, enjoying the space to its fullest.

As you return inside, enter the kitchen with original terra cotta tile and Spanish details which make for an inviting space to cook your meals. Two barstools and a counter offer extra kitchen seating. The living room is outfitted with a large comfortable leather sofa and loveseat, smart tv and fireplace. The decor is a Spanish/Bohemian blend that brings an element of relaxation to this beautiful Santa-Fe style home.

Through the hallway, the primary bedroom invites you with a king-size bed and a bedside table with convenient usb port. A desk workspace in the primary also gives the ability to work from home. This room also opens with double French doors to the back yard. On the patio off the primary, a table for two invites you to enjoy a morning coffee or an evening libation as you unwind in your completely private space. The primary suite also includes a walk-in closet and full bathroom with separate large bathtub, shower, and dual sink vanity.

The second bedroom, equipped with a queen bed, also has double French doors that exit to the front gated courtyard. A wood burning fire pit and Adirondack chairs call for a relaxing evening fireside. This bedroom also has an exercise bike as well as yoga mats for your use.
