Garage Space G-76 is being sold by an external, non-resident owner and, in accordance with the condominium association bylaws, is subject to a 15-day Right of First Refusal period once a ratified contract has been received.

The parking space conveys with two (2) FOBs for the roll-up garage door and two (2) keys for the pedestrian garage entrance. An elevator with limited access to the garage is also available for residents’ use.

Sale of Parking Space:

Upon receipt of written approval from the Garage Executive Committee — note: this approval is not required if the buyer is already a Meridian Crescent unit owner/resident — the seller must, at their own expense, arrange for and provide to the management company:

Signed Bill of Sale
Transfer of Title documents
Any additional required paperwork for processing by both seller and buyer.

Right of First Refusal:

Per the attached bylaws, the sale is subject to a 15-day Right of First Refusal period. Any person who owns a condominium unit, cooperative share interest, or other dwelling unit located at any of the following Approved Addresses is eligible to purchase or lease a garage unit:

1600 block of Crescent Place NW, Washington, DC
