When you walk into the apartment, you will see a breakfast area & beautiful kitchen with stainless steel appliances. The place was recently fully renovated so it has all the features you can find in a modern apartment like a dishwasher, private washer and dryer, dishwasher, and garbage disposal. By the kitchen you will have the first bedroom which fits a full/queen-sized beds, desk, dresser and it has access to the back patio (not big but something). After the kitchen you will find the living area which is great for hosting friends and family, shared bathroom, washer and dryer and then the bigger bedroom with a private bathroom.

Optional garage available for an additional $225/month. Please note that the garage is slightly too narrow for most standard-sized cars, but it can comfortably accommodate multiple bikes or motorcycles and also works great for extra storage.

Applicants must show a combined gross verifiable monthly income of at least three times the rent, a preferred credit score of 650 or higher (lower scores aren’t automatic disqualifiers), no open collections, and at least one year of positive rental and employment history. No eviction judgments within the past four years.

Each application is reviewed individually, and strong income, references, or a qualified co?signer may offset weaker areas, though approval isn’t guaranteed. Bank statements may be requested. Pets are ok with a non-refundable pet deposit - $250/cat & $350/dog (under 50 pounds). No pet rent.

First month’s rent, last month’s rent, and a security deposit are due at move?in. Tenants cover all utilities, including a $25?per?person month water fee. RE/MAX Plus complies with all fair housing laws.
