The condominium consists of two buildings, one South and one North. Both have two elevators. There is a large parking lot and plenty of street parking as well. A few blocks away is Northside Park with riding and walking paths and plenty of benches to sit and enjoy the view of this beautiful area. From one of the walking paths, a long pier leads out to a deck which overlooks the bay and beautiful views especially the evening sunsets. The Ocean City Community Center offers year round activities for all ages. Pick up the yearly activity magazine called SPLASH to review the variety of programs. The county taxes are $1,140, the city taxes are $610, and the State taxes are $156, totaling $1,902 and are paid yearly. There is a wastewater tax of $85 paid quarterly, with a yearly total of $340.
