Available August 5, 2026. Private room with a private bathroom for individual lease in a 4 bed, 4 bath apartment, a short walk to Temple University’s main campus. Rooms are available starting now, and move-in dates are flexible.

PLEASE READ FIRST BEFORE INQUIRING. This room is for females only. There will be three other occupants in the unit, all female, and most of them are Temple University students. You are leasing one private room only, not the whole apartment. Only one person per room. All applicants must be 18 or older. This is a 12-month lease only. It is not permanent housing. The landlord may offer a renewal at their discretion, typically up to roughly 12 months total, but renewal is not guaranteed. If you are a male looking for individual leasing, reach out anyway, as we have other properties available.

The common areas are on the smaller side, but the tradeoff is big bedrooms that easily fit a queen bed, desk, and dresser, plus well-sized closets. Sitting on the 2nd and 3rd floors, the unit gets tons of natural light. Built in 2016, it features central AC and heating, in-unit washer and dryer, and backyard access.

Qualification criteria. Applicants must show a combined gross verifiable monthly income of at least three times the rent, a preferred credit score of 650 or higher (lower scores are not automatic disqualifiers), no open collections, and at least one year of positive rental and employment history. No eviction judgments within the past four years. Each application is reviewed individually, and strong income, references, or a qualified co-signer may offset weaker areas, though approval is not guaranteed. Bank statements may be requested. No pets allowed.

First month’s rent, last month’s rent, and a security deposit are due prior to move-in. Tenants cover all utilities, including a $25-per-person monthly water fee. RE/MAX Plus complies with all fair housing laws.
