I wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude to Robert Crawford for his exceptional service as my real estate agent over the past few years. Originally, I had planned to be away from LA for just a year or two, but as life often does, my plans changed. Throughout this time, Robert has been an incredible source of support and reliability. Knowing that he's taking care of everything over there has been a tremendous relief, and it's truly been one less thing for me to worry about each day. Robert's professionalism, responsiveness, and attention to detail have been instrumental in managing my properties and ensuring everything runs smoothly in my absence. I couldn't be more thankful for his dedication and expertise. If you're looking for a trustworthy and dependable real estate agent, I highly recommend Robert Crawford.

I cannot speak highly enough of Robert Crawford as our real estate agent. We've had the pleasure of working with Robert for several years, and his expertise and dedication have been invaluable to us. When we were struggling to sell our home in Culver City with our initial agent, Robert stepped in and worked his magic. Within the first week of working with him, we received a full-price offer—a feat we had been unable to achieve for six months. Robert's keen eye for detail and strategic advice helped us make minor improvements to our home that made all the difference.
Not only did Robert help us sell our home, but he also assisted us in purchasing our new home. Several years later, when it was time to downsize, we turned to Robert once again, and he exceeded our expectations yet again. His professionalism, communication skills, and deep knowledge of the market have made each transaction smooth and stress-free. Robert truly goes above and beyond for his clients, and we are grateful for his expertise and support. If you're in need of a real estate agent who delivers results, look no further than Robert Crawford.

Robert was very professional and worked hard to accomplish our goals. Our home had been on the market for six months before Robert called us. At first, we were very resistant to discuss selling the home with him but he was persistent and was always helpful. We eventually listed the house for $2.6 million and knew it wasn't in the best condition. Robert and his Partner went to work and hired a cleaning crew which they paid for and even got on their hands and knees to get the house looking it's best before they took the photography. They even created these amazing renderings showcasing the development potential of the lot.
Within a month, we had several offers and choose one that was for all cash and full asking price. They even got them to remove the contingencies and buy the property As-Is.
We still talk to Robert almost every week. He's the best!
