Social Media Manager supports the networks defined in the product catalog— including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, YouTube, Pinterest, Threads, Snapchat, and internal Networking posts. Each network has its own publishing rules; some formats are available today while others are planned-only until the integration is connected.
Can I schedule posts in advance?
Yes. Queue posts for a future date and time in your timezone. Scheduled posts count toward your monthly allowance on paid tiers; drafts and posts awaiting approval do not consume a slot until they are approved or published.
How many accounts can I connect?
The free plan includes a limited number of connected social accounts and monthly posts. Starter, Professional, and Business plans raise those limits; Business includes unlimited posts and accounts when configured in your upgrade catalog.
Does BEN AI help write captions?
Yes. BEN AI can suggest captions, hashtags, and platform-specific variations inside Social Media Manager. Review suggestions before publishing; the composer helps you tailor content to each social platform.
Can my team review content before it goes live?
Yes on Professional and Business plans. Submit posts for approval, assign reviewers, and track approval status before scheduling or publishing.
What analytics are available?
Performance metrics such as impressions, reach, likes, comments, shares, clicks, and video views are shown when the connected platform reports them. Analytics on the free plan are limited; Professional and Business include performance reporting in the manager.

Can I manage social media for multiple clients?
Yes. Switch between client, company, or staff profiles in Social Media Manager so each brand keeps its own connected accounts, content, and publishing workflow. Your team can work on the clients they are permitted to access.
Do my clients need to share their social media passwords?
No. Send a private Request Social Connection link. Your client verifies their identity on the invitation page, then signs in with Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other supported platforms to authorize access—without giving you their social passwords.
How do clients connect their accounts?
From Social Media Manager, create a connection request for the client profile you manage. The client opens the secure link (for example connect/social/your-token), completes email or access verification when required, and finishes authorization on each network they choose to connect.
Can I charge clients for social media management?
Yes. Use Better Sales Pro invoicing to bill clients for your social media services, including one-time projects and recurring service arrangements you set up in Invoicing & Payments. Social Media Manager subscription fees for your workspace are separate from invoices you send to clients.
Can my team help manage client accounts?
