Open Licensing
- Go to Edit Profile.
- Under Business, click Licensing.
Add or update a license
- Enter license number, state/board, and expiration date.
- Select license type when prompted (personal vs corporate).
- Upload supporting documents if your company requires them.
- Click Save Changes.
Why this matters
- Expired or missing licenses can block leads, listings, or certain workflows.
- Keep expiration dates current and renew early.
Common issues
- Cannot edit — partner verification or admin approval may be required first.
- Expired warning — renew with your board, then update the expiration date here.
