Upload a profile photo and cover/background image so teammates and clients recognize you in Better Sales Pro.

Open Photos & Images

1. Go to Edit Profile.
2. Under Profile, click Photos & Images.

Update your profile photo

1. Click the profile image area or Change photo.
2. Select a clear headshot (JPG or PNG recommended).
3. Crop or confirm the preview if prompted.
4. Save or upload, then click Save Changes if the footer appears.

Update your cover / background

1. Choose Change background or the cover image control.
2. Upload a wide landscape image.
3. Confirm the upload.

Tips

• Use a well-lit photo with your face clearly visible.
• Avoid oversized files — compress large images before uploading.
• To remove an image, use the remove/delete control next to the current photo when available.

Common issues

• Upload fails — try a smaller file or a different format (JPG/PNG).
• Old photo still shows — hard refresh the browser; CDN or browser cache may delay the update.
