Control how and when Better Sales Pro notifies you about messages, tasks, and account activity.
Open Notifications
- Go to Edit Profile.
- Under Communication, click Notifications.
Adjust preferences
- Review each notification category (email, push, in-app, SMS when available).
- Enable or disable the alerts you want.
- Click Save Changes.
Tips
- Keep critical alerts on for tasks, messages, and security events.
- Reduce noise by turning off low-priority digests you do not read.
Common issues
- Not receiving emails — check spam, and confirm notification email is enabled.
- Too many alerts — disable categories you do not need, then Save Changes.
