Define the cities, counties, and ZIP codes where you serve clients in Better Sales Pro.
Open Territories
- Go to Edit Profile.
- Under Business, click Territories.
Add service areas
- Search for a city, county, or ZIP/postal code.
- Add each area you cover.
- Remove areas you no longer serve.
- Save your territory list.
Tips
- Keep territories accurate so lead routing and marketing match where you work.
- Review territories after expanding into a new market.
Common issues
- Cannot add territories — partner verification or role permissions may be required.
- Area not found — try a different spelling or ZIP, or ask an admin to enable the region.
